What is Crisis Simulation?

The first step in organizing the training program
The first step refers to a preparatory stage that can last from two to six months, depending on the complexity of the crisis scenario. The actual participants are not involved in this stage. Instead, a representative of the company who will not participate in the training helps establish the main elements of the training, namely the goal and the scenario.
Proper goal definition is important for the purpose of evaluating the results.
The client has the option to choose between two defined simulation scenarios or can opt for the option of an individualized scenario, to be created specifically according to their requirements.
