Crisis Simulation provides you with a unique experience of a crisis in a simulated environment. This experience prepares you for a crisis before it happens.
Crisis Simulation gives you the experience of managing a crisis as it unfolds and spreads over social, digital, and traditional media channels. his is a controlled stress test for your crisis communications response, crisis plans, resilience, and strategy. It all happens in a safe and secure environment.
This program is based on a learning through simulation, giving the participant a sense of the actual situation and of the environment where the crisis takes place.
The goal of this simulation is to practice crisis management through communication, reputation restoration, and audience management inside and outside the organization.
We offer full crisis communications training as well as our crisis simulations. Our expert training and facilitation team can train you on how best to manage communications in a crisis and guide you through the crisis simulation.
The program can be conducted in Croatian and English language.
